Prevent users from changing Exchange Server OWA Profile Pictures

To prevent Exchange users from changing their profile photos, check the OWA Mailbox Policy first;

The SetPhotoEnabled value appears as True. This means users can currently change their photos.

Get-OwaMailboxPolicy

Open OWA and upload a profile photo.

Save your uploaded photo.

Get-OwaMailboxPolicy | Set-OwaMailboxPolicy -SetPhotoEnabled $false

Get-OwaVirtualDirectory | Set-OwaVirtualDirectory -SetPhotoEnabled $false

Get-OwaMailboxPolicy
